The RESOL VBus® is a two-wire Bus, which allows RESOL controllers and additional modules to exchange data. These data are either purely informative or can be used for control purposes. In addition, it is possible to feed Bus stations with electric power, provided that their current consumption is low (e. g. remote data display). Several VBus® modules can be connected in parallel. VBus® can be used only be used with the DeltaSol BS Plus controller.

Data Logger RESOL DL1

The DL1 data logger enables acquisition and storage of large amounts of system data. Equipped with 2 MB Flash memory, the DL1 is appropriate for all controllers with RESOL VBus®. It can be connected directly to a PC or modem for remote control and thus enables intelligent system monitoring for profit control (energy production), or for remote diagnostics of faults (troubleshooting).

Data Logger RESOL DL1 includes RESOL ServiceCenter Software (full version), power supply, VBus® and null modem line¹.

¹Null modem is a communication method to connect two DTEs (computer, terminal, printer etc.) directly using a RS-232 serial cable.

PC Interface Adapter with RSC (RSC "Light" Software)

The interface adapter RESOL RS-COM enables the connection of a PC to controllers with RESOL VBus-interface. By means of the enclosed evaluation software, the measured data can be recorded numerically in a log-data file, which can be evaluated and visualized by means of a spreadsheet program. The adapter does not need an external power supply.

VBus®-record and Designer as described before in light-version, but additionally:

Data logger: possibility to manage any number of data logger; the ServiceCenter establishes connection at the push of a button, reads out the data, if necessary, deletes data from the logger and converts data into a text file.
Parametrisation: DeltaSol® M and ES (and future versions of the product family as well as OEM-products) can be user friendly configured on PC; the values are checked on domains and possible overlapping and are transferred by VBus® to the controller.
